We aim to provide a rewarding dining experience for our customers. Our restaurant food takes strong influences from classical French cuisine, applying it to high-quality local produce. We employ modern culinary developments such as low-temperature controlled cooking through use of digitally controlled stirred water baths, as well as more traditional cooking techniques which include proving our own naturally-leavened sourdough breads. The result is cooking that is both technically precise yet unpretentious.
