Entropy wines are all hand selected by Patrick Bossey of
Amphora Wines. Patrick was sommelier at Hambleton Hall,
Rutland, Le Gavroche, London and l’Orangerie, Los Angeles. His
experience and passion for wine is inspiring and we are proud to
have Entropy associated with such high quality wines. All wines
are sourced from small co-operatives or independent vineyards
and so these wines can not be bought at your local supermarket.
