Meet the Team
Elly Cutkelvin
Elly studied Philosophy at The University of Kent, then moved back to Leicester where she found work as a waitress. The satisfaction she gained from customer interaction, caused her to move on to retail where she quickly proved a natural talent: within a year she was promoted from part-timer to store manager of a large city sports store.
When Entropy needed a relief manager to cover Cassie's maternity leave, Cassie's little sis could hardly refuse. In 2002, Elly became manager at Entropy Bar.
Initially employed as a temporary member of our staff, Elly quickly proved her talent and became totally indispensable - not only to us, but to our customers.
When Entropy Restaurant opened in 2004, Elly moved to the new site and was responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant and bar.
Elly now has two children and after maternity leave went back to a day job in retail – however she is still a regular face on our Entropy Events team.
