Meet the Team
Cengiz Ding
Whilst studying medicine at Leicester University, Cengiz started as a part-time waiter when Entropy Restaurant opened in May 2004. Later in the year Cengiz decided to take time off from studying and so temporarily took on the role of Restaurant Manager.
During his years with us Cengiz has proven his ability to deliver impeccably high standards in every area. Cengiz is now back practising his 'bedside manner' and so is only with us part time, but due to his enthusiasm and dedication he is a valuable and very popular member of our team both at Entropy Bar and with Entropy Events.
