Welcome to the Entropy website

Here you’ll find details of what’s been happening at Entropy and what we have coming up.

We have lots planned for 2012 including wine tasting events, charity fundraisers, live comedy & music.

The New Year also starts with newly promoted Head Chef Joe Latham at the helm of the Entropy kitchen. His passion for cooking, commitment & infectious enthusiasm have made Joe a real asset to our team & we are delighted that he has taken on the challenge (under Tom's ever watchful eye of course!)

This time of year is always fun in the Entropy kitchen, expect plenty of game on the menu (we will happily exchange rabbits, hare, partridge etc for a beer or two!), slow braised dishes & hearty pies also feature. as will locally foraged wild mushrooms, forced rhubarb from Yorkshire & the first of Nanny Pam's spring lamb to help us eat our way through the end of winter!
